Our Sauvignon Blanc was selected from the best vineyards on the farm. The viticulturist determines the perfect time to harvest. The grapes are harvested in the early morning before sunrise to ensure the grapes arrive at optimum temperatures in the cellar. This is done to preserve the natural acidity and green flavours.
